A valve actuator is the mechanism for opening and closing a valve. Manually operated valves require an operator  to adjust them using a direct or geared mechanism attached to the valve stem. Power-operated actuators, using gas pressure, hydraulic pressure or electricity, allow a valve to be adjusted remotely, or allow rapid operation of large valves. Power-operated valve actuators may be the final elements of an automatic control loop which automatically regulates some flow, level or other process. Actuators may be only to open and close the valve, or may allow intermediate positioning; some valve actuators include switches or other ways to remotely indicate the position of the valve.

 

Oil Country Tubular Goods

At Ishaan Limited we deal in Oil Country Tubular Goods are tubes that are used in oil and gas production: these include drill pipe, casing and tubing. Oil Country Tubular Goods are used both onshore and offshore. In the industry, they are also referred to by the acronym OCTG (for “Oil Country Tubular Goods”). Each wellbore proceeds in multiple phases, during which drill pipe, heavy weight drill pipe, drill collars, Kelly’s, production tubing, casing, tool joints, couplings, pup joints, subs, and cross overs.

Well Head Systems

We deal with wellhead Systems that is pressure-containing vessel that provides a means to hang off and seal off casing used in drilling the well. The wellhead also provides a profile to latch the subsea BOP stack and drilling riser back to the floating drilling rig.

We deal with all the three types of Oil and gas well wellhead equipment: flowing well wellhead equipment, pumping well wellhead equipment and gas well wellhead equipment. Generally, the wellhead consists of three components; The casing head, Tubing head, and the Christmas tree.

Flanges and Fittings

We have a variety of Flanges & Fittings to suit your needs. Flanges are used to connect pipes with each other, to valves, to fittings, and to specialty items such as strainers and pressure vessels. Flanges are mostly joined by bolting, and sealing is often completed with the use of gaskets or other methods. At Ishaan we will deliver a variety of flanges & Fittings as per your specifications

Lap Joint Flange.

We deal with lap joint Flanges. A two-component assembly, with a stub end that has a lap-joint ring flange placed over it. This are particularly useful for large or hard-to-adjust flanges.

Threaded Flange

We deal with Threaded Flange also called a 'screwed flange’. This uses a screw thread to connect the flange to a pipe. A male thread is cut onto a pipe end whilst a female thread is cut into the bore of the flange; the male threaded pipe is then screwed into the female threaded flange.
